Need some confidence!

Hey, I'm Pauline. This blogging thing is very new to me, so pardon my boringness.  I'm a horseback rider and I play piano, clarinet, and tenor saxophone. My horse's name is Dewey and I'm part of an eventing team. My little horse isn't much of an eventing horse, but he's learning to jump and he's getting used to listening to my every queue. I think jumps scare him. Since you probably don't care about my disabled horse, I'll talk about my music. I've played clarinet for three years, and I picked up tenor saxophone this year so I will be able to play more instruments. I will be trying to learn flute this summer, which hopefully won't be too unsuccessful. I'm trying out for wind ensemble (the high school band) for next year but I don't think I will make it. Even though I already play three instruments, I don't think I'm that musical. Many people tell me to not talk down on myself and that I'm really talented, but honestly, I'm not buying it. I guess that's what people are talking about when they practically order me to be easier on myself. Despite feeling unmusical, I'm going to try out for Wind Ensemble because I want a challenge, and even if I don't make it, the audition experience will be good for me. I don't like to talk about myself, so this blog activity will be a challenge for me. I hope I didn't just drone on and on, and I hope this was not a pain for you to read. I will try to get better!
